UX Design Certificate

UX Design is a multidisciplinary, user-centered study focusing on the fundamentals of UX design. The UX Certificate program is a collaborative effort designed to address the growing need for UX Design in higher education, which responds to the rise of UX in the market and industry. By leveraging the collaboration from multiple academic departments, including Art & Design, Marketing, Statistics, and Computer Science, the program provides CCSU students specialized systematic instruction in UX Design, covering various major aspects in UX such as graphic and information design, customer and market research, data analysis, and programming. This credential offers a clear pathway for students to advance toward a full degree in UX or related fields, accommodating those who may choose to pursue further education. Drawing from diverse disciplines such as visual design, psychology, statistics, and computer science, the curriculum fosters a comprehensive and well-rounded expertise.
