CRM 310 Victimless Crime
Formerly CRM 410. Examines causes, characteristics, and policy relating to so-called victimless crimes like drugs, gambling, prostitution, and pornography. Provides a comprehensive analysis of historical and contemporary legal approaches including prohibition, decriminalization, and regulation. Focuses on strategies that are applied across the world to address these controversial behaviors. Students who have taken CRM 410 cannot take this course for credit.
