PE 406 Adapted Physical Education
Pedagogical skills and knowledge pertaining to physical education for individuals with disabilities and gifted and talented individuals. Emphasis on program planning and teaching effectiveness in the psychomotor, cognitive, and affective domain. 20 hours of field experience in a school and/or community-based facility. CT law requires fingerprinting and a criminal background check for the field experiences in this class. Fingerprinting must be completed prior to the beginning of class.
